After you subscribe, you'll set your preferred day of the week (Monday–Friday). We rotate through service days on a monthly cadence — you'll always know when your crew is coming, and you can change your preferred day anytime from your account dashboard.
No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal — it takes about 60 seconds. Your subscription stays active through the end of the billing period, then stops. If you cancel mid-month, you keep the rest of that month and we won't charge again.
We're currently serving the Phoenix metro area — primarily zip codes in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and surrounding East Valley communities. If you're not sure whether we cover your address, just enter it during checkout and we'll confirm before charging anything.
Your plan determines the scope. Driveway + sidewalks is in every plan. Full Exterior adds house siding wash and fence/deck cleaning. Premium Plus stacks on trash can sanitization and an additional high-traffic zone (pool deck, RV pad, etc.) every month. We pressure-wash hard surfaces and use soft-wash methods on siding to protect your paint.
We re-clean at no charge. If something doesn't meet the standard you expected, contact us within 48 hours and we'll send the crew back to make it right. Your satisfaction is the point — we don't want anyone walking away unhappy.
